Refund Policy

At Aegis Apparel & Leatherworks, we take pride in delivering high-quality finished leather goods and apparel. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, replacements, or corrections may be considered.


1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our business—custom manufacturing, bulk production, and export services—all sales are considered final once production has commenced, except as outlined in this policy.


2. Custom and Bulk Orders

  • Custom-made and bulk orders are non-refundable once production has started.
  • Deposits paid for confirmed orders are non-refundable.
  • Any approved changes requested after order confirmation may attract additional charges and extended delivery timelines.

3. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

Refunds or replacements may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • The delivered goods have manufacturing defects
  • The products do not conform to the agreed specifications confirmed in writing
  • There is significant damage attributable to production errors (not shipping or handling)

All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.


4. Claims Process

To request a refund or replacement, customers must:

  1. Send a written claim to fashion@aegisapparelleatherworks.com
  2. Include order details, a clear description of the issue, and photographic or video evidence
  3. Allow us reasonable time to investigate and verify the claim

Failure to submit claims within the stated timeframe may result in rejection.


5. Resolution Options

If a claim is approved, we may, at our discretion:

  • Repair the defective product
  • Replace the product or affected items
  • Issue a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method or another agreed method.


6. Shipping and Logistics

  • Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and logistics fees are non-refundable.
  • Aegis Apparel & Leatherworks is not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party logistics providers, customs inspections, or force majeure events.

7. Incorrect Orders by Customer

We are not responsible for refunds or replacements arising from incorrect specifications, measurements, quantities, or design approvals provided by the customer.


8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may only be canceled before production begins, subject to administrative charges.
  • Once production has started, cancellations are not permitted.

9. Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
